How to Order

All orders are taken through our office/manufacturing facility in Oxford, Connecticut.
Our office staff is in constant communication with the shop foremen, ensuring that products are made to specification and deadlines are being met. When placing an order please inform us of your project timeline; we will do what we can to accommodate it.

You can also use this website to start assembling your order by clicking the “Save to My Projects” button on product pages. You can create multiple Project Lists and save items to each. If you’d like, you can send us your Project Lists to begin the quotation process.

    Urban Seating

    To request a quotation for benches and other site furnishings, please provide the following details:

      • Bench or product item number
      • Product size or length
      • Quantity required
      • Lumber species
      • Selection of color on iron parts
      • Ship to location
      • Project completion time frame

    Our staff will determine the most efficient and economic shipping method for you, providing a detailed quotation for your approval. Once a quotation has been approved, we will require a 50% deposit to activate the order. The balance will be due at the completion of our work and prior to shipping.

    Estate Elements

    After our staff has helped with the selection process (see our customer service information page) we will take your order directly, providing a detailed quotation for approval. Specific information about the project site and how the items will be delivered will be addressed during this time. Once a quotation has been approved, we will require a 50% deposit to activate the order. The balance will be due at the completion of our work and prior to shipping.

    Florentine Classics

    Placing an order for our fine garden furniture is quite simple. After the selection of products has been made we will determine the best method of shipping in order to provide a quotation for approval. Shipping may be via a private blanket wrap moving company, or the items may be crated in our facility and shipped with a common carrier. Once a quotation has been approved, we will require a 50% deposit to activate the order. The balance will be due at the completion of our work and prior to shipping.
